Look what came in the mail today! I’m soo happy! I had been looking for a close knock-off of the kissing star necklace by Stonehenge that was used in the Boys Over Flowers K-drama and this is as close as it gets. :3
My order from HappySquidMuffin is in! My favorite is the blue/green/yellow squidlet – it’s so pretty!
I’ve been fascinated by these nifty die for months now and finally found a reason to buy them! So you get nine die with a different image on each side (54 images) you roll all the dice start your story with “Once upon a time…” and choose the one image to start off the story and then incorporate all the images into your unusual tale.
How I’m using them… I am using it to kick start my creative juices for reworking an old fantasy story of mine. Based on the die rolled, I choose a scene to elaborate on, then write it out. So far it’s been kind of fun. 🙂
My siblings will be introduced to the Story Cubes pretty soon… they’re too much fun to not share!
After waiting and waiting and waiting my packages finally came!
Just as with my last purchase, Luna included a little note, business card and the amigurumi goldfish was packed in a little washi taped necklace box with lucky stars.
The goldfish is adorable, however the size has been the biggest surprise….
…Luna’s hand must be pretty small. No matter. Cute is cute and soon Mr. Goldfish will be attached to my Board of Awesome. >:}
I like Indigo Crochets approach to octopi as it’s sweet and differs from my own.
This little octopus is sized how I expected – though I was expecting a ribbon attached to it as I had ordered it as an ornament. Instead it came with a wire hook. I will survive somehow… :p
Now I’m waiting on one more amigurumi purchase in the mail. 😛
