Tako chan vs san vs sama – The size comparison

Tako chan vs san vs sama - The size comparison

The Breakdown

Tako-chan: 1/2″ tall, 1″ wide
Tako-san: 1″ tall, 2″ wide
Tako-sama: 5 1/2″ tall, 7 1/2″ wide

Every Tako plush is lovingly crocheted using the Japanese continuous spiral method (aka amigurumi) and using soft shiny acrylic and cotton yarns, polyester fiberfill as well as acrylic safety eyes. Because of their ample proportions and loose stitching, Tako-sama’s take extra time and care to make and have to have a fabric pillow made specifically to hold it’s stuffing and eyes in place. Although the process gets lengthy, they are always a  joy to make!
